摘要:
“历史地段”是新时期构建城乡历史文化保护传承体系的重要组成。通过对国内外历史地段概念演变的梳理，辨析新时期历史地段具有区别于历史文化街区的“独立性”和全面展现中华文化特质的“兜底性”两大特征，并在空间上界定历史地段的范畴。以安徽省为例，在系统梳理全省历史文化价值的基础上，提出历史地段认定的六大类型，并通过280片历史地段潜在对象样本分析，明确不同类型历史地段在空间规模、物质载体数量等方面的认定要求，以期为全国全面开展历史地段认定提供“安徽经验”。
Abstract:
Historic areas are an important component of the construction of the urban and rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance system in the new era. By sorting out the evolution of the concept of historic areas both domestically and internationally, this paper finds that historic areas in the new era have two major characteristics: "independence" that distinguishes them from historic district, and "bottom-up" that fully displays the characteristics of Chinese culture. It also clarifies the spatial category of historic areas. Taking Anhui Province as an example, based on a systematic review of the historical and cultural value of the province, six types of historical location identification are proposed. Through the analysis of 280 potential objects in historical locations, the identification requirements for different types of historical locations in terms of spatial scale and material carrier quantity are clarified. Through research, we aim to provide "Anhui experience" for the comprehensive development of historic area identification throughout the country.
