摘要:: 历史街巷作为城市历史环境中的核心组成部分，呈现出独特的空间复杂性。研究针对历史街区中街巷空间出现的功能活力不足、环境风貌退化、市井氛围衰减等问题，展开适变模式更新策略的探讨。以苏州市平江历史街区南石子街为例，从动态视角分析街巷“弹性潜能”挖掘过程中“适变性”的实现。针对街巷、巷段、节点等不同维度空间的适变潜能差异，构建出一套能够适配发展与需求变化的“插件系统”，经4个关键层面——弹性框架的建立、插件媒介的植入、系统化运营调控，以及街巷模式的预设与搭建，实现历史街巷在日常化生活环境与特色化游憩集市之间的资源共享与场景切换。研究提出的适变型更新策略，旨在通过街巷空间微观尺度的干预激活城市历史环境整体活化与持恒发展。

Abstract:: As a core part of the urban historical environment, historical streets and alleys present unique spatial complexity. The study discusses the renewal strategy of adaptive mode for the lack of functional vitality, environmental degradation, and decay of marketplace atmosphere in the streets and alleys in the historic districts. Taking South Shizi Street, a historic district in Pingjiang, Suzhou, as an example, the study analyzes the realization of "adaptability" in the process of excavating the "elastic potential" of the street from a dynamic perspective. In terms of the differences in the adaptability potential of different dimensions of space, such as streets, alley segments, nodes, etc. a set of "plug-in system" that can adapt to the changes in development and demand is constructed. Through the establishment of a flexible framework, the implantation of plug-in media, systematic operation and control, and the presetting and construction of street modes, the study realizes the resource sharing and scene switching between the daily living environment and the characteristic leisure bazaar of the historical streets. The proposed adaptive regeneration strategy aims to activate the overall revitalization and sustainable development of the urban historical environment through micro-scale intervention in the street space.
