摘要:: 大运河作为中华文明的重要标识载体，其保护传承与利用备受社会关注。在快速城市化进程中，大运河文化遗产保护面临着文化价值深度挖掘及与城市发展协调平衡等挑战。文化遗产保护的核心在于价值认知。以大运河（杭州段）为研究对象，系统梳理其多重价值体系，重点剖析该区域文化遗产资源的独特性与差异性。在此基础上，提供价值工具的评估应用案例，并提出以文化遗产价值为核心的保护利用提升路径。

Abstract:: The Grand Canal, as a significant symbol of Chinese civilization, has garnered widespread societal attention regarding its conservation, inheritance, and utilization. Amidst rapid urbanization, the protection of its cultural heritage faces challenges such as the in-depth exploration of its cultural value and the need for balanced coordination with urban development. The core issue of cultural heritage protection lies in value recognition. Focusing on the Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal as the research subject, this study systematically delineates its multi-dimensional value system, with particular emphasis on analyzing the uniqueness and distinctiveness of its cultural heritage resources. Based on this, this paper provides evaluation application cases of value tools, and proposes enhancement pathways for protection and utilization centered on cultural heritage value.
