摘要:: 历史文化街区作为城市文脉的重要载体，街区排水系统不仅承担着排水防涝功能，而且是人类对古城建设发展智慧谋划的重要体现。通过研究历史文化街区排水设施建设，掌握中国排水工程技术的建设发展，为构建现代排水系统奠定基础。同时因地制宜、科学合理地将现代排水工程技术引入历史文化街区，不仅创新历史文化街区改造保护模式，而且提高了历史文化街区的安全韧性。

Abstract:: Historical and cultural blocks as an important carrier of urban context. The block drainage system undertakes the function of drainage and flood prevention, and it is also an important embodiment of human wisdom planning for the construction and development of ancient cities. By studying the construction of drainage facilities in historical and cultural blocks, this paper illustrates the construction and development of drainage engineering technology in China, laying a foundation for building a modern drainage system. At the same time, modern drainage engineering technology will be introduced into historical and cultural blocks scientifically and reasonably according to local conditions, which not only innovates the protection mode of historical and cultural blocks, but also improves the safety and toughness of historical and cultural blocks.
