城市化的快速发展,导致了城市交通网络中机动车流量的急剧攀升,儿童通学空间不断被压缩;加之路权规划不明确、管理滞后等问题,导致通学安全事故频繁发生。随着儿童友好城市理念的提出和普及,为儿童构建安全、舒适的城市空间环境以此保证儿童身心健康的茁壮成长,成为儿童友好城市构建中重要的一环。通学空间作为儿童日常使用最频繁的城市空间,其空间品质是儿童友好城市构建的重要环节。研究选取苏州市高新区实验小学校滨河路校区样本,结合定性和定量分析、主观和客观评价对样本学校通学空间展开友好度评价研究,为城市小学校通学空间的品质优化提供思路和方向。首先,结合文献整理和词频筛选方法构建小学校通学空间友好度的三级评价体系;其次,将通学空间友好度影响因子的量化和儿童主观友好度评分相结合对样本学校通学空间友好度进行综合分析;最后,结合通学空间友好度评分结果提出相应的优化策略。
Abstract:
The rapid development of urbanization has led to a sharp increase in the number of motor vehicles in urban traffic networks, and the space for children’s daily commutes has been continuously compressed. Coupled with unclear road right planning and lagging management, frequent safety accidents occur during children’s commutes. With the proposal and popularization of the concept of child-friendly cities, creating a safe and comfortable urban space environment for children to ensure their healthy physical and mental development has become an important part of building child-friendly cities. As the commuting space is most frequently used by children in their daily life, the quality of the commuting space is an important aspect of building child-friendly cities. This study selects the Binhe Road Campus of Suzhou High-Tech Zone Experimental Primary School as a sample and conducts a friendly evaluation of the commuting space of the sample school through qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as subjective and objective evaluation, to provide ideas and directions for the quality optimization of the commuting space of primary schools in cities. First, a three-level evaluation system for the friendliness of primary school commuting spaces is constructed by combining literature review and word frequency screening methods. Second, the friendliness of the commuting space of the sample school is comprehensively analyzed by combining the quantification of the influencing factors of commuting space friendliness and children’s subjective friendliness scores. Finally, the existing problems of the commuting space are summarized based on the scores of each influencing factor, and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.
