摘要:
以TOD理念为指导思想,依据对现有轨道交通站域分类方法适用性差异的分析,选择以用地优势度与均匀度指数对杭州地铁1号线城市轨道交通站域进行分类,并以金沙湖站和高沙路站联合站域为实证案例,通过空间网络可达性可视化分析、人流量分析、空间利用现状分析,总结商业服务型站域慢行空间存在的问题,并从慢行者视角切入,提出多层级的商业服务型轨道交通站域慢行空间系统构建策略,以促进轨道交通站点与周边慢行空间协调可持续发展。
Abstract:
The article takes the TOD concept as the guiding ideology, and based on the analysis of the applicability difference of the existing rail transit station area classification methods, chooses to classify the urban rail transit station area of Hangzhou Metro Line 1 by the degree of land dominance and the uniformity index, and takes the joint station area of Jinshahu Station and Gaosha Road Station as the empirical case. The study reveals the problems in the commercial service station area through the visual analysis of the spatial network accessibility, the analysis of the flow of people, and the analysis of the status quo of the space utilisation. From the perspective of the slow walker, this paper puts forward a multi-level systemic construction strategy for the slow walking space in the commercial service station area in order to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of the rail transit station and the surrounding slow walking space.
