韧性评价在城市可持续发展和空间规划领域得到了广泛关注和普遍应用。以复合生态系统理论、系统耦合理论和可持续发展理论为支撑,构建契合阿坝州实际情况的复合生态系统韧性水平评价体系,涵盖自然、经济、社会3个维度和24个指标因子。运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型对2015-2022年阿坝州13个县(市)复合生态系统韧性水平及其耦合协调度进行测度。依据计算结果总结阿坝州复合生态系统韧性水平及其耦合协调度的时空演变特征,并基于韧性水平及其耦合协调度的平均值将13个县(市)划分为6种类型。最后根据评价结果,明确阿坝州各县(市)的优势与短板,针对阿坝州复合生态系统韧性提升提出切实可行的对策建议,为完善川西高原城镇可持续发展的研究范式提供兼具理论深度与实践价值的创新案例。
Abstract:
Resilience evaluation has received widespread attention and application in the fields of urban sustainable development and spatial planning. Based on the theories of composite ecosystem, system coupling, and sustainable development, a resilience evaluation system for composite ecosystems that is suitable for the actual situation of Aba Prefecture is constructed, covering three dimensions of nature, economy, and society and 24 indicator factors. The study measures the resilience level and coupling coordination degree of composite ecosystems in 13 counties (cities) of Aba Prefecture from 2015 to 2022 using entropy method and coupling coordination model. Based on the calculation results, this paper summarizes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the resilience level and coupling coordination degree of the composite ecosystem in Aba Prefecture, and divides 13 counties (cities) into 6 types based on the average value of resilience level and coupling coordination degree. Finally, based on the evaluation results, the strengths and weaknesses of each county (city) in Aba Prefecture are identified, and practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to enhance the resilience of the Aba Prefecture’s composite ecosystem. This provides an innovative case that combines theoretical depth and practical value for improving the research paradigm of sustainable development of urban areas in the western Sichuan Plateau.
