摘要:: 近年来，我国城镇化进程从增量扩张转向存量优化，城市微更新成为提升空间品质、延续历史文脉的重要路径。刘家琨作为兼具理论深度与实践创新的建筑师，其建筑设计理念在场地回应、材料创新、空间叙事及文化表达等方面与城市微更新核心诉求有着高度契合。通过解析刘家琨的代表性作品，结合城市微更新的内涵与典型案例，系统论证两者在“在地性营造”“低技策略”“空间活化”及“文脉延续”等维度的内在关联，并基于此提出“多学科协同研究”“本土材料创新应用”“叙事性空间设计”及“动态文化传承”四大实践策略。旨在为城市微更新提供理论支撑与设计范式，同时为存量时代下平衡历史保护与城市发展、推动可持续人居环境建设开拓新的视角。

Abstract:: In recent years, China’s urbanization process has shifted from incremental expansion to stock optimization, making urban micro-renewal an important approach to enhancing spatial quality and preserving historical continuity. As an architect with both theoretical depth and innovative practice, Liu Jiakun’s architectural design concept exhibits a high degree of alignment with the core demands of urban micro-renewal in terms of site responsiveness, material innovation, spatial narrative, and cultural expression. By analyzing Liu Jiakun’s representative works alongside the conceptual framework and typical cases of urban micro-renewal, this study systematically explores their intrinsic connections in dimensions such as "place-making," "low-tech strategies," "space revitalization," and "contextual continuity." Based on these findings, four practical strategies are proposed: interdisciplinary collaborative research, innovative application of local materials, narrative-driven spatial design, and dynamic cultural preservation. The research not only provides theoretical support and design paradigms for urban micro-renewal but also offers new perspectives for balancing historical conservation and urban development in the era of stock optimization, thereby advancing the construction of sustainable human settlements.
