摘要:
在城乡精神文明建设融合的语境下，空间正义的内涵涵盖了空间资源分配正义、空间权益保障正义和空间发展机会正义。通过分析空间正义缺失的症候及梗阻效应，从空间规划的正义导向性、制度建设的正义保障性、社会力量的正义参与性等多个维度，提出系统性的重塑路径与调适策略，以矫正非正义格局，为城乡精神文明建设融合提供理论与实践支撑，助力实现城乡文化均衡、协同、包容发展。
Abstract:
In the context of the integration of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction, the connotation of spatial justice covers the justice of spatial resource allocation, the justice of spatial rights protection, and the justice of spatial development opportunities. By analyzing the symptoms and obstructive effects of the lack of spatial justice, and from multiple dimensions such as the justice orientation of spatial planning, the justice guarantee of institutional construction, and the justice participation of social forces, a systematic reshaping path and adjustment strategy are proposed to correct the unjust pattern, provide theoretical and practical support for the integration of urban and rural spiritual civilization construction, and help achieve balanced, coordinated, and inclusive development of urban and rural cultures.
