摘要:: 随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施和国家对文化遗产价值的高度重视，加强大运河保护与乡镇地区发展的协同，对于促进历史文化传承和大运河沿线地区的可持续发展具有重要意义。清口枢纽作为大运河重要的文化遗产区，与马头镇存在特殊的空间叠压关系，并对其社会经济发展与空间格局塑造产生深刻影响。基于此展开研究，剖析清口枢纽保护利用与马头镇发展建设的关系脉络，揭示遗产区赋能马头镇发展的同时所引发的现实困境，针对性提出“空间解绑”的建设思路，并结合规划实践，提出坚守保护底线、传承文化价值、重塑空间格局、打造产业模式，构建清口枢纽与马头镇共兴共荣的路径，以期为此类乡镇地区发展建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:: With the deepening implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the high attention paid by the country to the value of cultural heritage, strengthening the coordination between the protection of the Grand Canal and the development of rural areas is of great significance for promoting the inheritance of historical and cultural heritage and the sustainable development of areas along the canal. As an important cultural heritage area of the Grand Canal, the Qingkou hub has a special spatial overlap relationship with Matou Town and a profound impact on its socio-economic development and spatial pattern shaping. Based on this, the research is conducted to analyze the relationship between the protection and utilization of the Qingkou hub and the development and construction of Matou Town, revealing the practical difficulties caused by the empowerment of Matou Town development in the heritage area. A targeted "spatial unbinding" construction approach is proposed, and combined with planning practices, a Qingkou Hub Matou Town path of mutual prosperity is constructed, adhering to the bottom line of protection, inheriting cultural values, reshaping spatial patterns, and creating industrial models, in order to provide reference for the development and construction of such township areas.
