自20世纪80年代以来,中国城市更新工作方向主要针对某一衰落的街区或地块进行拆迁、改造、投资和建设,以改变其形态及功能使之重新焕发与繁荣。近年历史街区更新改造活动忽略了低碳交通引导的公共空间与基础设施领域的提升。为探索低碳交通在大栅栏历史文化街区更新提升中的实践性及可操作性,以大栅栏地区传统风貌评价方式对现状交通情况进行调研普查,并通过空间叠置的方法对所有街巷交通情况进行数据分析,并基于数据分析和街巷分类情况,提出可广泛应用于历史街区及周边协调区的低碳交通更新规划策略。
Abstract:
Since the 1980s, the direction of urban renewal in China has mainly been to demolish, renovate, invest in and reconstruct a certain declining block or plot to change its form and function and make it rejuvenated and prosperous. In recent years, the renovation and reconstruction of historical blocks have ignored the improvement of public space and infrastructure guided by low-carbon transportation. In order to explore the practicality and operability of low-carbon transportation in the renewal and improvement of the historical and cultural district of Dashilan, based on the traditional style evaluation method of the Dashilan area, a survey of the current traffic situation is conducted, and data analysis of the traffic conditions of all streets and lanes is conducted through the spatial overlay method. Based on data analysis and street classification, a low-carbon transportation renewal planning strategy that can be widely used in historical blocks and surrounding coordination areas is proposed.
