摘要:
在城市开发建设存量提质改造背景下，民众需求与自发性再造的“日常生活”理论为城市更新提供了独特的视角。梳理“日常生活”理论从哲学领域、历史与社会学领域向城市研究领域延伸拓展的演变历程，总结“日常生活”视角下城市更新的研究趋势与现状，在方法论层面归纳考现学、Mapping、PSPL3种主要研究方法与路径，并从针灸疗法、微观叙事、渐进式更新角度分析“日常生活”视角下城市更新的设计实践，旨在为未来城市更新研究与实践提供参考，有助于奠定人本主义导向下城市更新的系统性研究基础，建立“参与式”城市设计的基本框架和设计方法体系。
Abstract:
Under the background of improving the quality of urban development and construction stock, the "daily life" theory of people’s demand and spontaneous regeneration provides a unique perspective for urban renewal. This paper reviews the evolution of the theory of "daily life" from the field of philosophy, history and sociology to the field of urban research, summarizes the research trend and current situation of urban renewal from the perspective of "daily life", and summarizes three main research methods and paths from the methodology level: current studies, Mapping and PSPL. The design practice of urban renewal from the perspective of "daily life" is analyzed from the perspectives of acupuncture therapy, micro-narrative and progressive renewal, aiming to provide reference for future research and practice of urban renewal, help lay a systematic research foundation of urban renewal under the guidance of humanism, and establish the basic framework and design method system of "participatory" urban design.
