摘要:
城市交通枢纽是城市更新的重要区域，影响周边地区的规划与土地开发，对区域和城市经济发展具有促进作用。以北京市东直门交通枢纽为例，提出周边环境整治提升策略，并创新性地提出枢纽周边环境提升“5D发展理念”，以期多维度、全方位促进区域环境综合优化。在此基础上，遵循统筹规划与分步实施的原则，精心构建道路交通、景观环境、建筑风貌、第五立面四大界面融合的整治提升框架，并细分为若干系统和关键要素，旨在通过系统性的规划与实施，实现枢纽周边环境的根本性改善与品质提升。
Abstract:
Urban transportation hub is an important area of urban renewal, affecting the planning and land development of surrounding areas, and promoting regional and urban economic development. Taking Dongzhimen transportation hub of Beijing City as an example, this paper puts forward the surrounding environment improvement strategy, and innovatively puts forward the "5D development concept" to improve the surrounding environment of the hub, in order to promote the comprehensive optimization of regional environment in a multi-dimensional and all-round way. On this basis, under the guidance of the principle of overall planning and step by step implementation, the renovation and improvement framework for the integration of road traffic, landscape environment, architectural style and the fifth facade is carefully constructed and subdivided into several systems and key elements, aimed at achieving fundamental improvement and quality improvement of the surrounding environment of the hub through systematic planning and implementation.
