摘要:: 随着新时代物质文明的快速发展，消费文化主导下的街区保护与更新模式使得历史文化街区成为新经济增长点和社会融合区。在此背景下，街区在地文化在与外来文化的碰撞中往往面临被重塑或同化的危机，当地居民生活也易受新的空间使用者影响，而原本以居住功能为主导和原住民集聚的历史文化街区的空间矛盾更为突出。因此，提出从主客感知的视角出发，以“问题—分析—实证—对策”作为分析框架，在梳理已有地方性评价指标和深入理解广州历史文化街区地域特征的基础上，结合广州3个典型街区，通过问卷调查、实地调研、数据分析等方式，获取各街区地方性评价结果并对比分析，进而提出广州居住型历史文化街区的地方性建构策略。

Abstract:: With the rapid development of material civilization in the new era, the protection and renewal model of districts under the guidance of consumer culture has made historical and cultural districts a new economic growth point and a zone of social integration. In this context, the local culture of the district often faces the crisis of being reshaped or assimilated in the collision with foreign cultures. The lives of local residents are also easily intertwined with the impact of new space users. The spatial contradictions of historical and cultural districts, which were originally dominated by residential functions and inhabited by indigenous people, are even more prominent. Therefore, the research proposes to proceed from the perspective of host-guest perception and use the analytical framework of "problem-analysis-empirical-countermeasures". Based on sorting out existing local evaluation indicators and deeply understanding the regional characteristics of historical and cultural districts in Guangzhou City, this research combines three typical districts in the city as research objects. Through questionnaire survey, field research, data analysis and other methods, the research obtains the local evaluation results of each block and comparatively analyzes them. Finally, it proposes local construction strategies for residential historical and cultural districts in Guangzhou City.
