随着城市经济社会转型的深入，“单位”逐步退出历史的舞台，社区建设成为关注的焦点。如何发挥社区在单位时期社会组织、基层动员、共同体培育等方面的优势，激发居民微更新参与意愿，是值得探讨的话题。在计划行为理论的基础上，增加原单位参与治理形式、意见接收和反馈渠道、其他居民参与情况3个变量，分别表征社会资本概念下的权力资本、组织资本和关系资本，构建参与意愿影响机制解释模型。以徐州市3个代表社区的200份居民调研样本为数据，运用结构方程模型实证检验社会资本对微更新居民参与意愿的影响过程和机理。研究结果表明：社会资本通过影响居民的主观心理因素，间接影响微更新居民参与意愿。具体而言，原单位参与治理形式对主观规范产生正向作用，与知觉行为控制无显著相关性；意见接收和反馈渠道对参与态度和知觉行为控制都具有显著正向作用；其他居民参与情况对主观规范和参与态度产生正向影响；在某种程度上，居民参与微更新的主观感受又进一步改变其参与意愿。研究成果可为进一步优化社区微更新居民参与路径提供参考。

With the deepening of urban economic and social transformation, the "unit" has gradually withdrawn from the stage of history, and community construction has become the focus of attention at present. It is worth exploring how to give full play to the advantages of the community in social organization, grassroots mobilization, community cultivation and other aspects during the unit period, and stimulate the willingness of residents to participate in micro-renewal. On the basis of the theory of planned behavior, this study adds three variables including the form of participation in governance, the channel of receiving and feedback opinions, and the participation of other residents to characterize power capital, organizational capital and relational capital under the concept of social capital, and construct an explanatory model of the influence mechanism of participation intention. Based on 200 survey samples of residents from three representative communities in Xuzhou City, the structural equation model was used to empirically test the process and mechanism of the influence of social capital on the willingness of residents to participate in micro-renewal. The results show that social capital indirectly affects residents’ willingness to participate through the subjective psychological factors of residents. Specifically, the form of governance participation of the original unit has a positive effect on subjective norms, and has no significant correlation with perceptual behavior control. Opinion reception and feedback channels have a significant positive effect on participation attitude and perceptual behavior control. The participation of other residents has a positive impact on subjective norms and participation attitudes. To a certain extent, the subjective feelings of residents participating in micro-renewal further change their willingness to participate. The research results can provide a reference for further optimizing the participation path of community micro-renewal residents.
