摘要:: 党的二十大报告提出全面推进乡村振兴，建设宜居宜业和美乡村。江苏省为落实该战略部署，持续开展特色田园乡村建设行动。扬州市以中国式乡村现代化为目标，结合地域特征，将全域谋划与“串点连线成片”相结合，制定特色田园乡村及示范区规划，以村庄规划发展为抓手，结合地域特色，活化闲置资源，创新产业经营，融合乡土文化，在实现乡村地域特色发展、闲置资源有效盘活、产业发展品质提升、乡土特色风貌塑造、多元治理模式等方面取得一定的成效，这种乡村地域辐射带动连片振兴的积极探索可为中国式乡村现代化建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:: In the new era of building livable and beautiful villages suitable for both living and working, Jiangsu Province has been continuously implementing the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy. Yangzhou City aims to modernize rural areas in a way that is uniquely Chinese. To achieve this, the city combines regional characteristics and integrates overall planning with the strategy of "connecting points into lines and then into areas".Plans for characteristic rural areas and demonstration zones have been formulated. The proposal outlines five construction paths, which include integrating local resources, revitalising idle resources by focusing on planned villages, innovating industrial management, integrating local culture, and implementing diversified governance. Yangzhou has achieved orderly and characteristic development of rural areas, effective utilization of idle resources, improvement of industrial development quality, shaping of local rural landscapes, and implementation of diversified governance models through these measures. This has gradually driven the contiguous revitalization of rural areas through radiation, providing a useful reference for the modernization of Chinese rural areas.
