摘要:
社区环境评价是老年人对社区空间印象的主观反映，充分了解老年人社区环境评价及其差异性，是了解不同类别老年人社区空间需求的有效途径。以问卷、访谈的方式对既有住区老年人的社区环境评价进行收集，通过统计学的方法分析不同社会环境的老年人对社区评价的差异性，并探究其背后的动因。研究发现老年人对社区环境评价的差异性来源于老年人不同的社会环境特征，且主要体现在性别、文化程度、身体健康状况等方面。研究认为差异性评价能够反映不同类别老年人的空间使用偏好，对该偏好进行研究能够为住区空间适老性优化提供有力的数据支持。
Abstract:
Community environmental evaluation is the subjective reflection of elderly people ’s impression of community space. Fully understanding the community environmental evaluation and its differences for the elderly is an effective way to understand the community space needs of different categories of elderly people. This article uses questionnaires and interviews to collect the community environment evaluations of elderly people in existing residential areas, uses statistical methods to analyze the differences in the evaluations of residential areas by elderly people in different social environments, and explores the motivations behind them. The study found that the differences in elderly people ’s evaluation of the community environment are derived from the different social environment characteristics of elderly people , and are mainly reflected in gender, education level, and physical health status. The study believes that differential evaluation can reflect the space usage preferences of different categories of elderly people, and the study of this preference can provide strong data support for optimizing the aging suitability of residential space.
