摘要:
浙江省城市团通过都市圈设计推进了都市圈内城市间的协同发展水平。目前由4个都市圈围绕的浙中地区的中心地协同发展质量有待提升，要在县（市）腹地内构建微中心，并在县（市）行政边界处构建新的增长点，在县（市）中心地间扮演节点角色。以东阳市中心地为交会点，构建起“双层+七链”发展布局，“双层”的核心层是东阳市，外围层是“诸暨市—嵊州市—新昌县—天台县—磐安县—永康市—义乌市”城市环，同时在东阳市与杭州市、绍兴市、宁波市、台州市、温州市、丽水市、金华市之间形成七条城市链，即“杭东链”“绍东链”“东宁链”“东台链”“东温链”“东丽链”“金东链”。“诸东链”“嵊东链”“新东链”“天东链”“磐东链”“永东链”“东义团”是构建“双层”城市团以及发展“七链”的基础，放射状的城市链空间布局使得以东阳市为第一层次的“双层”城市团能够在杭州圈、宁波圈、温台圈、金义圈之间发挥纽带作用，同时也在浙中地区形成浙江城市团的新的隆起。
Abstract:
The urban agglomeration of Zhejiang Province has promoted the level of coordinated development between cities within the metropolitan area through the design of urban agglomerations. At present, the quality of coordinated development in the central Zhejiang region, which is surrounded by four urban agglomerations, needs to be improved. Microcenters should be built within the county (city) hinterland, and new growth points should be built at the administrative boundaries of the county (city), which plays a node role between the county (city) centers. With the central area of Dongyang as the intersection point, "dual-layer+seven-chain" development layout should be constructed. Dongyang City is the core layer of the "dual-layer" costruction, and the outer layer is the the urban ring of "Zhuji City - Shengzhou City - Xinchang County - Tiantai County - Pan’an County - Yongkang City - Yiwu City". At the same time, seven urban chains should be formed between Dongyang City, Hangzhou City, Shaoxing City, Ningbo City, Taizhou City, Wenzhou City, Lishui City, and Jinhua City, namely the "Hangdong Chain", "Shaodong Chain", “Dongning Chain", "Dongtai Chain", "Dongwen Chain", "Dongli Chain", and "Jindong Chain". The "Zhudong Chain", "Shengdong Chain", "Xindong Chain", "Tiandong Chain", "Pandong Chain", "Yongdong Chain", and "Dongyi Group" should be the foundation for building a "double layer" urban cluster and developing the "seven chains". The radial spatial layout of the urban chain enables the "double layer" urban cluster with Dongyang County as the first level to play a bridging role between the Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wentai, and Jinyi circles. At the same time, a new uplift of the Zhejiang urban cluster has also emerged in the central Zhejiang region.
