摘要:
数字经济已经成为推动城乡融合的重要力量。数字技术通过战略设计、主体推进、政策落地等方式助力城乡治理融合；数据要素、平台经济通过推动城乡产业链对接、城乡市场一体化、城乡要素匹配等方式助力城乡经济融合。现阶段数字经济在助力城乡融合时，仍然面临着二元数字鸿沟、产业发展乏力、数字共治失衡等困境，因此提出推动城乡数字基建网络一体化、探索城乡产业融合发展新生态、推进城乡政策均质与数字治理等政策建议。
Abstract:
The digital economy has become a significant force in promoting urban-rural integration. Digital technology serves as a crucial driver for rural revitalization and the implementation of new urbanization, facilitating urban-rural governance integration through strategic design, subject promotion, and policy implementation. Emerging economic elements such as data factors and the platform economy play a pivotal role in bridging the industrial barriers between urban and rural areas, contributing to urban-rural economic integration by promoting the alignment of urban-rural industrial chains, market integration, and activation of endogenous driving forces. At present, however, the digital economy’s contribution to urban-rural integration still faces challenges such as the dual digital divide, sluggish industrial development, and imbalances in digital governance. This paper proposes policy recommendations such as promoting the integration of the digital economy, cultivating new urban-rural industrial ecosystems, and advancing digitalization in urban-rural governance.
