摘要:: 首先解析空间三元辩证法的理论内容，阐明历史社区三元空间的辩证关系和互动机制，运用空间三元辩证理论将历史社区解构为物质空间、精神空间和社会空间3个层面；其次以苏州薛家湾历史社区为例，对其三元空间进行现状梳理和问题总结；然后分析其空间生产中的主要矛盾；最后围绕物质空间的保护与再利用、精神空间的发展与复合多元化、社会空间的延续与更新3个方面，开展薛家湾历史社区三元空间整体更新和平衡发展的路径探索。

Abstract:: Firstly, the theoretical content of spatial triadic dialectics is analyzed, the dialectical relationship and interactive mechanism of the triadic space of historical communities are clarified, and the spatial triadic dialectic theory is used to deconstruct the historical communities into the three dimensions of material, spiritual and social spaces; secondly, the current situation of the triadic space of Xuejiawan Historical Community in Suzhou is taken as an example, and the problems of the triadic space are summarized; and then, the main contradictions of the production of space are analyzed; finally, the exploration of the path of overall renewal and balanced development of the triadic space of Xuejiawan Historical Community is carried out around the three aspects of protection and reuse of material space, development and composite diversification of spiritual space, and continuation and renewal of social space.
