摘要:
城市社会作为人类社会现代化的前进性指向，既集中了人的智慧与力量，为人类社会提供源源不断动力，也夹杂着多重风险。城市社会的现代化发展如果不及时规避风险，就有可能由现代幻象异化为现代化陷阱。城市社会的现代化追逐，使得不同类型的城市主体在优势社会资源竞争中形成“资源挤压”。城市社会风险主要由城市社会内部原有城市主体对原有非城市主体、城市优势主体对城市非优势主体、城际之间核心城市主体对外围非核心城市主体的“资源挤压”所形成。引导每一个城市社会优势社会资源主体，以命运共同体思维取代“资源挤压”，是防止现代城市社会风险积聚的有力举措，是社会文明的重要标志，也是城市治理现代化的努力方向。
Abstract:
The general law of the development of human modernization shows that urban society, as the forward direction of human society modernization, not only gathers human wisdom and power to provide a steady stream of power for human society, but also contains multiple risks. If the development of the modernization process of urban society does not avoid its risks in time, the pursuit of it is very likely to be alienated into the modernization trap. On the one hand, the modernization of urban society based on the strategy has brought great opportunities for the development of our urban society, but on the other hand, the illusion of the compression of modern time and space has also led to the rapid accumulation of risks in our urban society. The pursuit of modernization in urban society has led to the formation of "resource squeeze" among different types of urban stakeholders in the competition for advantageous social resources. The urban social risk is mainly formed by the "resource squeeze" of the original urban subject to the original non-urban subject, the dominant urban subject to the non-dominant urban subject, and the inter-city core urban subject to the peripheral non-core urban subject. Guiding every urban social advantage resource subject to replace "resource squeeze" with the thinking of a community with a shared future is a powerful measure to alleviate the accumulation of social risks in modern cities, an important sign of social civilization, and a necessary direction for the modernization of urban social governance capacity.
