摘要:: 结合北京历史建筑普查认定的工作实践，提出全域视角下历史建筑普查认定思路与方法，探索实现“空间全覆盖、要素全囊括”的操作路径。首先，面向全域建立时间、空间、价值三大维度相统筹的评估框架；其次，借助现代卫星影像技术和史料依据，夯实历史信息“锚固”与价值要素“提取”的技术路径；最后，借助计算机信息化技术，提出“数字化”导向下的全域历史建筑普查认定平台支撑方案。在此基础上，对北京历史建筑未来的保护利用工作提出建议，探索建立新路径、新模式和新机制。

Abstract:: This study combines the practical work of the historical building census and identification in Beijing, and proposes a comprehensive approach and methodology for the census and identification of historical buildings from a holistic perspective. The aim is to explore an operational path that achieves "full spatial coverage and comprehensive inclusion of elements". Firstly, an evaluation framework is established, which coordinates the three dimensions of time, space, and value comprehensively across the entire region. Secondly, modern satellite imaging technology and historical evidence are utilized to solidify the technical path for "anchoring" historical information and extracting value elements. Finally, a support plan for a comprehensive historical building census and identification platform is proposed, guided by digitization. Based on this, suggestions are made for the future protection and utilization of historical buildings in Beijing, exploring the establishment of new paths, models, and mechanisms.
