摘要:
就地养老概念强调老龄群体在社区资源的支持下留在“原住地”进行养老的行为。当前历史文化街区普遍面临物质条件衰退与人口结构老龄化的双重困境，评估历史文化街区就地养老支撑体系具有重要的研究价值与实践意义。研究结合历史文化街区的特点和老龄化人口的空间分布特征，在解构就地养老支撑体系概念框架的基础上确立历史文化街区就地养老评价体系，对苏州平江历史文化街区进行实证评价研究，并提出就地养老发展的优化策略。
Abstract:
The concept of aging in place emphasizes the behavior of the ageing group to stay in the "original place" for elderly care provided by local communities. Currently, historical and cultural blocks generally face the dual dilemmas of declining material conditions and rising ageing population. It is of great research and practical significance to evaluate the support system of elderly care in place in historical and cultural blocks. This paper establishes an evaluation system for ageing in place based on the characteristics of historical and cultural blocks and the spatial distribution characteristics of their ageing population. It conducts a case study of Pingjiang historical and cultural block to reveal the causes of differences in elderly care support systems and propose strategies to improve the in-place elderly care support capabilities.
