摘要:
党的二十大报告中提出要坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文，推进文化和旅游深度融合发展。国家全域旅游示范区创建工作正持续开展，文旅融合在旅游示范区建设工作中起着至关重要的作用。梳理皖南国际文化旅游示范区建设现状，厘清示范区现有资源优势，分析其所面临的文化传承不力、创新能力欠缺、产业延伸不足、制度框架不全等问题，从保护传承文化资源、凸显文化特色内涵、加快全域旅游发展和提高旅游服务质量4个方面针对性地提出示范区具体建设路径，以期稳步推进示范区建设，助其融入长三角旅游高质量发展，并为文旅融合视域下同类型旅游区建设发展提供参考和指引。
Abstract:
In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is proposed to ’adhere to cultural tourism, promote the cultural and tourism integration and development’. The establishment of national tourism demonstration areas is continuing, and the integration of culture and tourism plays a vital role in the construction of tourism demonstration areas. By sorting out the current situation of International Culture and Tourism Demonstration Area in South Anhui Province, clarifying the existing resource advantages of the demonstration area, analyzing the problems it faces such as weak cultural inheritance, lack of innovation capacity, insufficient industrial extension and incomplete institutional framework, this paper puts forward the specific construction path of the demonstration area in four aspects: protecting and inheriting cultural resources, highlighting the connotation of cultural characteristics, accelerating the development of tourism in the whole area and improving the quality of tourism services, with a view to providing assistance to steadily promote the construction of the demonstration area, boosting its integration into the high-quality development of tourism in the Yangtze River Delta, and providing reference and guidance for the construction and development of similar tourism zones under the perspective of cultural tourism integration.
