基于使用后评价的城镇公园公共环境更新改造探索——以四川省隆昌市复生公园为例-中国名城

摘要:: 随着现代生活水平不断提高，城镇居民对空间和环境的使用品质要求也越来越高，针对原有城镇公共环境的更新改造逐渐成为当前研究的热点话题。以隆昌市龙市镇复生公园为研究对象，以使用后评价理论为指导，运用实地调研法、问卷调查法和访谈法进行调查，采集当地居民对复生公园的使用满意度评价数据，通过对评价数据的分析得出复生公园在建设、使用、运行与管理中存在景观植被搭配不合理、服务设施配置不完善、基层运营与管理机制缺失等问题，并基于现存问题提出城镇公园运营管理机制构建、空间策划与体形环境规划设计、历史建筑适应性再利用、环境景观要素整合与场景建构、基础服务设施适应性设计与更新、使用者环境意识和参与度提升等6个方面的改进措施，以期为后续城镇公园建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:: With the continuous improvement of modern living standards, urban residents have increasingly high requirements for the quality of urban space and environment. The renewal and renovation of the existing urban public environment has gradually become a hot topic of current research. The article takes the Revitalization Park in Longshi Town, Longchang City as the research object. Guided by the post-occupancy evaluation theory, field research, questionnaire survey, and interview methods are used to conduct a survey. Local residents’ satisfaction with the use of the Revitalization Park is collected, and through analysis of the evaluation data, it is found that the Revitalization Park has unreasonable landscape vegetation allocation, incomplete service facility configuration, and the lack of grassroots operation and mechanisms. Based on the existing problems, the following solutions are proposed: 1) the construction of operation and management mechanisms for urban parks; 2) Space planning and body environment planning and design; 3) Adaptive reuse of historical buildings; 4) Integration of environmental landscape elements and scene construction; 5) Adaptive design and updating of infrastructure services; 6) Improving measures in six aspects, including enhancing user environmental awareness and participation, in order to provide reference for subsequent urban park construction.
