摘要:
传统村落是乡村的重要组成部分，也是中华优秀传统文化的主要载体。在城市化与工业化的推进下，传统村落的生存与发展遭到不断破坏。如何避免零散式保护、同质化发展、资源极化和城乡发展脱节，是当前紧迫的问题。通过分析传统村落保护发展面临的问题，提出县级行政区域的统筹视角，并以福建省永泰县的传统村落保护发展实践为例，探索构建“一体两面四维度”的县域统筹传统村落保护发展策略。在国家明确提出城乡融合发展的时代背景下，为新时代传统村落的高质量发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Traditional villages are an important part of the countryside and the main carrier of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The survival and development of 8,155 traditional villages have been continuously destroyed under the promotion of urbanization and industrialization. How to avoid fragmented protection, homogeneous development, resource polarization, and disconnection between urban and rural development is an urgent issue at present. By analyzing the problems faced by the protection and development of traditional villages, from the perspective of overall planning of county-level administrative regions, and taking the practice of protection and development of traditional villages in Yongtai County, Fujian Province as an example, this paper explores the construction of an integrated, two-sided and four-dimensional county-level overall protection and development strategy for traditional villages. In the context of the era when the country clearly puts forward the integration of urban and rural areas, it provides a reference for the high-quality development of traditional villages in the new era.
