摘要:: 西方社会住宅区从20世纪70年代开始至今历经了50余年的更新与发展。贫困人口聚集还是分散，社区物质环境更新和社会环境更新哪一方面更重要，如何改善社区整体环境实现可持续发展，这些问题都可以在其政策发展历程中找到线索。梳理了美国、英国、荷兰、德国、新加坡5个具有代表性的国家社会住宅区更新的政策发展历程，以及相应的更新成效评估方法，以期为未来中国保障型大型社区的更新与可持续发展政策的制定提供有益经验。

Abstract:: Western social housing estates have been updated and developed for 50 years since the 1970s. Whether the poor population gather or disperse, which aspect of the community physical environment and social environment is more important, and how to improve the overall environment of the community to achieve sustainable development can be answered in its updated development process. This paper summarizes the renewal process and community development evaluation methods of social housing estates in 5 representative countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany and Singapore, in order to provide useful experience for the renewal and sustainable development of indemnificatory large-scale communities in China in the future.
