摘要:
文物建筑再利用的核心是遗产“标本”与“活体”价值之间的相互调适。通过比较国内外再利用评价标准与参数，探讨文物建筑再利用项目需要关注的重点和难点。苏州市作为全国第一批城市更新试点城市之一，涌现出一系列创新的城市更新做法和策略。因而，选取具有“江南文化”典型特征的16个苏州文物建筑再利用项目，归纳其在价值建构、权益运作、技术适应3个方面的亮点，对它们的共同术语进行提炼与聚类，形成总结性路径，为国家研究制定相关规范导则提供鲜活的地方案例和素材，也为全国其他城市开展文物建筑再利用提供积极的借鉴和参考。
Abstract:
The article delves into the crucial issue of reusing cultural heritage buildings, which requires balancing the "specimen" and "living" values of heritage. To explore the key points and challenges involved in heritage building reuse projects, the article compares the evaluation standards and parameters used both domestically and internationally. As Suzhou is one of the first pilot cities for urban renewal in China and has implemented innovative strategies and practices, the article selects 16 cultural heritage building reuse projects in Suzhou that exemplify "Jiangnan culture". The article then summarizes the value construction, rights operation, and technical adaptation highlights of these projects, clusters common terms, and forms a summary path. This not only provides valuable insights for national research to formulate relevant norms and guidelines, but also offers guidance and references for other cities in China that seek to carry out cultural heritage building reuse.
