摘要:
工人住区代表了不同历史背景下中国住区发展的一种模式，是城市发展的历史见证，也是城市历史文化遗产的重要组成部分。通过Citespace、VOSviewer知识图谱分析软件，剖析工人住区研究的热点、阶段性特征与空间演变路径，从规划学与社会学视角直观呈现出40余年工人住区发展的规律及研究动态，总结工人住区的特征价值、成因与机制、发展规律及研究的现状与不足，展望工人住区未来发展的新态势，为工人住区的保护与更新研究提供借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Workers’ residential areas represent a model of Chinese residential development under different historical backgrounds. They are not only a historical witness of urban development, but also an important part of urban historical and cultural heritage. Through Citespace and VOSviewer knowledge graph analysis software, this paper analyzes the hot spots, stage characteristics and spatial evolution path of the research on workers’ residential areas, and visually presents the laws and research trends of the development of workers’ residential areas in the past 40 years from the perspectives of planning and sociology. This paper summarizes the characteristic value, cause and mechanism, development law and the current situation and deficiency of the study of workers’ settlements, and looks forward to the new trend of the future development of workers’ settlements, providing reference for the protection and renewal of workers’ settlements.
