摘要:: 环境与健康一直是人类社会发展的重要议题，通过改善建成环境为公众健康提供积极影响是建筑、规划及景观学科理论与实践领域研究的热点，对实现“健康中国”战略具有重大意义。基于Web of Science和CNKI两个核心数据库平台进行文献检索，系统梳理国内外核心文献。筛选80多篇重点文献，基于Citespace软件分析国内外建成环境与公众健康的研究趋势，概括环境与健康研究的两种理论视角，研究建成环境对公众健康的影响因子指标体系和影响机制，从环境数据与健康数据角度总结现有研究方法，归纳该领域当前研究的不足，并探索未来研究发展的方向。基于促进公众健康的原则反思社区环境设计的方法，既是对城市设计的本质和基本目标的回归，也是对城市设计的新思路和新方法的探索。

Abstract:: Environment and health have always been important issues in the development of human society, which is a hot topic in theoretical research and practice in the field of architecture, urban planning and landscape. It is of great significance to achieve the goal of "Healthy China" by improving the built environment to provide a positive impact on public health. Based on the two core database platforms, Web of Science and CNKI, the article systematically sorted out more than 80 core literature at home and abroad, analyzed the research trend of built environment and public health based on Citespace software, summarized the two theoretical perspectives of environmental and health research, clarified the impact factor index system and the impact mechanism, and summarized the existing research methods from the perspective of environmental data and health data. The deficiencies of current research in this field were summarized, and the direction of future research development was explored. Rethinking the design method of community environment based on the principle of promoting public health is not only a return to the essence and basic goal of urban design, but also an exploration of new ideas and new methods of urban design.
