摘要:
建设智慧城市，其最终目的是要解决城市发展问题和民生问题，不断增强群众的获得感、满意感和幸福感，对推进城市治理能力的提升和服务水平现代化具有重要的意义。按照有关智慧城市的基本要求，并借鉴中国智慧城市发展水平评价方法，构建了甘肃省智慧城市评价体系。根据《甘肃发展年鉴（2022）》以及2021年甘肃省各地区国民经济和社会发展统计公报，收集了7个一级指标和25个二级指标的原始数据，采取因子分析法计算出了14个地区的各个一级指标的综合得分和排名，利用系统聚类法将14个地区分成4个级别加以评价，为甘肃省智慧城市建设与发展提供新思路。
Abstract:
The ultimate goal of building a smart city is to solve urban development and livelihood issues, continuously enhance the sense of gain, satisfaction, and happiness of the people, and promote the modernization of urban governance capabilities and service levels, which is of great significance. This study constructs a smart city evaluation system in Gansu Province based on the relevant requirements of smart cities and referring to the main indicators of smart city evaluation in China. According to the Gansu Development Yearbook (2021) and the statistical bulletin of national economic and social development of each region in Gansu Province in 2022, the original data of 6 first level indicators and 25 second level indicators were collected. The factor analysis method was used to calculate the comprehensive score and ranking of each first level indicator of 14 regions. The systematic clustering method was used to divide 14 regions into 4 levels for evaluation, providing new ideas for the construction and development of smart cities in Gansu Province.
