摘要:
城市工业遗产作为城市转型和再生中的重要资源，经历了城市的重要发展过程，具有多方面的文化价值、社会价值和技术价值，但往往与城市的开发和更新产生难以避免的矛盾。通过梳理哈尔滨工业遗产的发展历程，明确哈尔滨的城市发展与工业遗产的依存关系。借助城市共生理念，基于经济、文化、精神3个维度，通过对哈尔滨工业遗产的再生实践案例分析，提出城市更新层面上的工业遗产可持续再生策略，以期为今后城市工业遗产的保护再利用项目提供实践参考。
Abstract:
The urban industrial heritage has experienced the important development process of the city, and has many values, such as cultural values, social values and technical values. As an important resource in urban transformation and regeneration, it is often in conflict with urban development and renewal. This paper clarifies the interdependence between Harbin’s urban development and industrial heritage by combing through the development course of Harbin’s industrial heritage. Based on the concept of urban symbiosis, this paper proposes a sustainable regeneration strategy for industrial heritage in urban renewal based on the case study of regeneration practice of industrial heritage in Harbin from the three dimensions of economy, culture and spirit, aiming to provide corresponding references for the protection and reuse of urban industrial heritage.
