摘要:
老旧住区更新已成为当前城市更新的重点任务，近年来国内外学者和业界对此展开了诸多研究与讨论，形成了一系列具有借鉴意义的理论成果。运用VOSviewer知识图谱分析工具，基于中国知网（CNKI）数据库和Web of Science数据库，整理近十年来老旧住区更新决策相关中外文文献，绘制可视化知识网络图谱，剖析研究进展、热点及趋势，对老旧住区更新决策概念内涵、划定时限、思想方法等主要研究内容展开评述，对未来城市老旧住区更新决策工作提出建议。
Abstract:
The renewal of old residential communities has become a key task of urban renewal. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars and the industry have carried out a lot of research and discussion on this, and formed a series of theoretical achievements with reference significance. This study uses the VOSviewer knowledge map analysis tool, based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and the Web of Science database, to sort out Chinese and foreign literature related to the renewal decision-making of old residential communities in the past ten years. Meanwhile, this study draws a visual knowledge network map, aanalyzes the research progress, hotspots and trends, reviews the main research content such as the conceptual connotation, time limit, and thinking methods of old residential community renewal decision-making, and makes suggestions for future urban old residential community renewal decision-making work.
