摘要:
基于无锡市老东门单元城市更新体检评估的实际运用效果，分析了单元层面城市更新体检评估的应用场景、工作重点以及与现有同层次规划的协同。通过对项目全过程工作经验的总结，提出了单元层面城市更新体检评估的技术路径，并对调研方法、分项体检评估中的重点与注意事项进行了归纳分析，为我国单元层面城市更新体检评估提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Based on the practical application effect of urban renewal physical examination evaluation in Wuxi Old Dongmen Unit, this paper analyzes the application scenarios, work focus of urban renewal physical examination evaluation at the unit level and the synergy with the existing planning at the same level. Through summarizing the work experience of the whole process of the project, the technical path of urban renewal physical examination evaluation at the unit level is put forward, and the research methods, the key points and precautions in the sub-item physical examination evaluation are summarized and analyzed, so as to provide reference for the physical examination evaluation of urban renewal at the unit level in China.
