随着城市发展进入存量时代,滨水区的综合利用与再开发对建立滨水城市多元价值共识、传承城市历史文化以及激发滨水空间活力产生了深远影响。在梳理滨水区发展历程及趋势的基础上,从目标导向、遗产空间、更新要素、机制保障四重维度提出城市滨水区“滨水空间更新目标—建成遗产空间梳理—存量更新要素介入—空间更新机制保障”的更新框架,并以重庆市长嘉汇大景区弹子石片区城市设计为例,通过建立重庆滨水多元价值目标、延续南岸滨江历史空间格局、赋能南岸滨水空间要素、编制滨水地段实施手册来探讨城市滨水区存量更新路径。

With the development of the city into the inventory era, the comprehensive utilization and redevelopment of the waterfront area has had a profound impact on the establishment of a consensus on the multiple values, the inheritance of the city’s history and culture, and the stimulation of the vitality of the waterfront space. This paper sorts out the development history and trend of waterfront area, proposes an update frame of "Establish goals for waterfront space redevelopment—Sorting out the built heritage space—Involvement of inventory update elements—Mechanism guarantee of space update" from the four dimensions of goal-orientation, heritage space, update element and mechanism guarantee. In the urban design project of Danzishi section of Chongqing Changjiahui Scenic Area, this paper discusses the inventory update path of urban waterfront area by establishing multiple value objectives, extending the historical spatial pattern, enabling the spatial elements and making the implementation manual of the waterfront area.
