都市圈是由中心城市和与其社会经济高度一体化的周边地区共同构成的一个地理单元，已演变为区域经济合作的主要模式。国内各大都市圈处于快速发展之中，空间结构演变及其驱动因素仍在不断变化。运用经济距离、经济引力和场强模型测算，研究发现2009—2020年，杭州都市圈综合实力大幅度提升，都市圈范围继续扩大，各圈层联系紧密度更高，边缘城市的发展势头也较好，核心区与成员城市的联系度呈现“内紧外松”“东紧西松”的基本格局。推动杭州都市圈空间结构持续演变的主要因素包括数字技术的渗透、科技资源的扩散、交通方式的迭代、人口的迁移、行政区划的调整，这几大因素带动人流、信息流、资金流、物流等在都市圈范围内高效顺畅地流动，使都市圈空间结构不断得以优化。提出强化市场机制对都市圈发展的作用、强化都市圈成员城市之间的交融、积极推动都市圈边缘城市加快发展等建议。
Abstract:
Metropolitan area is a geographical unit composed of the central city and its surrounding areas highly integrated in social and economic aspects, which has evolved into the main mode of regional economic cooperation. The domestic metropolitan areas are developing rapidly, and the evolution and driving factors of their spatial structures are changing constantly. From the measurement and calculation of economic distance, economic gravity and field intensity model, it can be found that, from 2009 to 2020, the comprehensive strength of Hangzhou metropolitan area has been significantly improved, the scope of the metropolitan area has continued to expand, the connection between each layer has been closer, and the development trend of the edge cities has also become better. Besides, the connection between the core area and member cities has shown the basic pattern of "being intense inside and loose outside" and "being intense in the east and loose in the west". The main factors of promoting the continuous evolution of spatial structure of Hangzhou metropolitan area include the penetration of digital technology, spread of scientific and technological resources, improved means of transportation, migration of population and adjusted administrative divisions. These factors facilitate people, information, capital and logistics to flow efficiently and smoothly in the metropolitan area, so that the spatial structure of the metropolitan area can be continuously optimized. Some suggestions are put forward, such as strengthening the role of market mechanism in the development of metropolitan area, promoting the integration of member cities and accelerating the development of peripheral cities.
