摘要:
新时代，党中央、国务院作出建设国家文化公园的重大战略部署，当前我国形成了长城、大运河、长征、黄河、长江五大国家文化公园总体建设布局。中国大运河是世界唯一由国家投资和组织建造并进行管理的巨大工程体系，在国家文化公园建设的背景下，探索研究大运河文化的多维价值，推动大运河文化在国家文化公园建设中的活化利用，对我国打造良好运河人居环境、促进运河文化遗产保护、弘扬中华民族精神、推动文旅融合发展具有重大意义。大运河国家文化公园的建设要用现代化的文化价值观阐发古老大运河文化的当代价值，深入挖掘内涵，高度阐释价值，虚心立足传统，积极探索创新，加强大运河文化的活化应用与创新转化，将大运河国家文化公园打造成为独具中国特色的历史文化标志、人民精神家园和文化体验空间。
Abstract:
In the new era, the Party Central Committee and the State Council mapped out a significant strategic plan to build a group of national cultural parks, and currently China has formed a general construction layout of five national cultural parks, including the national cultural park of the Great Wall，the Grand Canal, the Long March, the Yellow River and the Yangtze River. The Grand Canal of China is the only huge engineering system in the world that is built and managed by state investment and organization. In the context of national cultural park construction, exploring and studying the multi-dimensional value of the Grand Canal culture and promoting the revitalization and utilization of the Grand Canal culture is of great significance to China in creating a good canal habitat, promoting the protection of the canal cultural heritage, carrying forward the Chinese national spirit and promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism.The construction of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park should employ modern cultural values to explain and develop the contemporary values of the ancient Grand Canal culture, dig deep into the connotation, highly interpret the values, humbly base on tradition, actively explore innovation, strengthen activation and application of the Grand Canal culture, and build the Grand Canal National Cultural Park into a unique historical and cultural identity of Chinese characteristics, peoples spiritual home and cultural experience space
