四川省城市体系的空间结构在进一步完善过程中，可以按照“一主+两子”的发展构架，加强城市群内不同层次中心地间的联系，南充市和宜宾市以“成都市—重庆市”城市链为对称轴发展成为相互呼应的两翼，南充子城市团是该发展构架下的东翼。在完善南充市子城市团过程中，要基于县级中心地构建扮演节点角色的连接纽带，平昌县、渠县、苍溪县、剑阁县、梓潼县、三台县、射洪县、蓬溪县、岳池县等需要进行重点建设，以期尽快围绕南充市构建城市环。县级城市团在建设过程中，要基于乡镇中心地构建微中心，在县域腹地内形成“一核+多微”的发展格局，创造更多增长点，同时要打破行政区划限制，加强邻近行政单元间的整合程度，推动全域城市化水平。
Abstract:
In order to further improve the spatial structure of urban system in Sichuan province, the “one master + two children” development structure can be applied, strengthening the relationship between urban agglomeration in different levels among the centers, Nanchong city and Yibin city can be developed into the two wings which can mutually echo each other, taking Chengdu - Chongqing city chain as the axis of symmetry development, Nanchong city child-group is the east wing. In the process of improving the Nanchong child urban group, it is necessary to construct linkage based county level centers which playing more important role for regional economic development, Pingchang county, Qu county, Cangxi county, Jiange county, Zitong county, Santai county, Shehong county, Pengxi county, Yuechi county are needed to be especially constructed, the city ring around Nanchong city can be shaped as soon as possible. In the process of constructing county-level urban group, it is also important to build micro-center based on county level centers, constructing one master + multi micros development framework in the county in the county level administrative hinterland, creating more growth points, at the same time administrative division limit should be broken, strengthening the integration between adjacent administrative unit, promoting the urbanization level in the entire area.
