摘要:: 正确对待城市文化遗产，是新时代高质量发展的重要内容。习近平“城市文化遗产”重要理念面向“十四五”期间提升民族文化自信、加强文化遗产保护的重大命题，立足全国城市文化遗产保护的具体实践，从文化特征、社会价值、启示意义三个层面作出价值判断，就基本原则、方法理念、主体责任三个方位构建逻辑体系，点明核心要义。这一理念是对马克思主义文化遗产理论体系的继承和创新，为城市文化遗产保护与传承工作指明方向，为新时代城市现代化建设阐明思路，有助于进一步建设社会主义文化强国，实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract:: The correct treatment of urban cultural heritage is an important requirement of high quality development in the new era.Xi Jinpings important conceptofurban cultural heritagefaces the major proposition of enhancing national cultural confidence and strengthening cultural heritage protection during the "fourteenth Five-year Plan", whichbased on the concrete practice of national urban cultural heritage protection. It makes value judgment from cultural characteristics, social value and enlightenment significance, constructs logic system from basic principle, method concept and subject responsibility, and points out the core meaning. This concept is the inheritance and innovation of the Marxist cultural heritage theory system, in order to point out the direction for the protection and inheritance of urban cultural heritage, clarify the ideas for the urban modernization construction in the new era.It helps to further build a socialist cultural power and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
