城市体检作为检测城市问题、实现城市高质量发展的重要手段，能够有效发现城市安全韧性问题及各类人群安全感知差异。基于2020年济南市城市体检满意度调查数据，通过T检验方法探究济南市不同个体属性中老年居民城市安全韧性满意度的差异。结果表明：40至59岁的中老年人群对济南市安全韧性建设最不满意，安全感低；中老年人的人群属性差异会进一步影响其安全满意度，其中50至59岁的独居中老年人安全满意度最低；从空间上来看，居住在天桥区、历城区的中老年人安全满意度低。对此应因地制宜地对各城区进行安全韧性适老化建设，重点关注低收入、独居中老年人，及时加强天桥区和历城区的城市安全韧性建设。
Abstract:
With the acceleration of urbanization, how to build a safe and resilient city has become a hot topic in geography and planning. City health examination, as an important means to detect urban problems and realize high-quality urban development, can effectively discover urban safety problems and the differences in safety perceptions of various groups of people. Based on the city health examination satisfaction survey data of Jinan in 2020, the differences in urban safety resilience satisfaction of middle-aged and elderly residents with different individual attributes in Jinan were explored by T test. The results show that the middle-aged and elderly people aged 40 to 59 are the most dissatisfied with the construction of Jinan’s safety resilience and have a low sense of security; The differences in income and educational attributes of middle-aged and elderly people will significantly affect their safety satisfaction; Middle-aged and elderly people aged 50 to 59 who live alone have the lowest safety satisfaction; The elderly living in Tianqiao District and Licheng District have low safety satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the construction of urban safety resilience and aging adaptation according to local conditions, focus on low-income, solitary middle-aged and elderly people, and timely strengthen the construction of urban safety resilience in Tianqiao District and Licheng District.
