摘要:: 全国文化中心是北京重要的首都功能。新时代北京全国文化中心建设是中国特色社会主义伟大事业全局和中国特色社会主义进程的关键一环，可以把首都北京建设成为中国特色社会主义先进文化之都、中国特色社会主义创新发展之都、中国特色社会主义对外开放之都、全球文化中心城市。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，建设中国特色社会主义先进文化引领高地；加强中国特色哲学社会科学和文化艺术为内容的文化创新和文化创意产业为代表的文化产业创新；参与构建人类命运共同体，形成更高层次的对外开放新格局，成为新时代对外开放的新标杆；以文化规划的思维推动北京成为全球性文化生产网络中的重要节点，建设京津冀世界级城市群。

Abstract:: The national cultural center is an important capital function of Beijing. The construction of Beijing national cultural center in the new era is a key ring of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the process socialism with Chinese characteristics. We could be to build the capital Beijing into the capital of advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the capital of innovation and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the capital of opening up to the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the global cultural center city.
