摘要:
山地古镇在城镇化过程中均面临着生态环境约束、产业活力不足、文化内涵断裂等现实困境。引用多维共生理论，以里耶古镇为研究对象，基于古镇利益主体关系的内在机制，采用层次分析法（AHP）-模糊综合评价法，解析古镇利益主体的共生诉求，寻求共生动力。结果表明:每一项评价的分值都在70分以上，各利益主体虽有不同的利益诉求，侧重点各异，但总体上呈现出一种“整体、共生”的选择趋势，存在着积极的互利共存关系。据此提出建立社区管理自治、加强共生参与的利益协调机制等优化路径，实现共生的健康发展。
Abstract:
In the process of urbanization, mountain towns are faced with such practical difficulties as constraints on ecological environment, lack of industrial vitality and rupture of cultural connotation. Based on the multi-dimensional symbiosis theory and taking the ancient town of Liye as the research object, based on the internal mechanism of the relationship between the interests of the ancient town, the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze the symbiotic demands of the interests of the ancient town and seek for the symbiotic drive. The results show that the scores of each evaluation are above 70 points. Although the stakeholders have different interests and different focuses, they generally show a trend of “whole, symbiotic” selection. and there is a positive relationship of mutual benefit and coexistence. Based on this, it is proposed to optimize the path of community management autonomy and strengthen the symbiotic participation and benefit coordination mechanism to achieve the healthy development of symbiosis.
