基于POI数据的城市文化创意产业园发展特征研究—

摘要:: 以武汉市为案例，综合采用POI数据爬取、GIS空间制图分析和实地调查研究的方法，对城市文化创意产业园发展现状进行分类评价，探讨影响文化创意产业园发展效果的因素。结果表明：武汉市文化创意产业园空间分布与城市历史文化街区、旧工业基地以及高等院校等文化智力资源存在较高的耦合性；创作设计和传播推广类活动构成了文化创意产业园的核心部门，但也有部分园区演变成了以传统消费服务或科技服务为主导；集聚规模和专业化水平均较高的产业园占比相对较低，大量园区或者偏离了文化创意产业园的发展定位，或者无法形成较为明显的集聚效应；园区内部文化创意活动构成、发展路径和投资主体是影响武汉市文化创意产业园发展特征和效果的主要因素。

Abstract:: Taking Wuhan as a case, comprehensively adopting POI data crawling, GIS space mapping analysis and field investigation and research methods to classify and evaluate the development status of urban cultural and creative industrial parks, and to explore the factors affecting the development of cultural and creative industrial parks. The results show that the spatial distribution of Wuhan Cultural and Creative Industry Park is highly coupled with cultural and intellectual resources such as urban historical and cultural blocks, old industrial bases and institutions of higher learning. Creative design and cultural communication activities constitute the core department of the cultural and creative industry park, but some parks have evolved into traditional consumer services or technology services. The proportion of industrial parks with a large scale of accumulation and specialization is relatively low. A large number of parks may deviate from the development orientation of cultural and creative industrial parks, or they may not form a more obvious agglomeration effect. The composition, development path and investment subject of cultural creative activities within the park are the main factors affecting the development characteristics and development effects of Wuhan Cultural and Creative Industry Park.
