基于价值取向的轨道交通站域建成环境更新研究——以江苏昆山玉山广场站域为例-中国名城

摘要:: 对轨道交通站域建成环境进行更新是充分实现轨道交通站域TOD效能的重要途径，而以效益与速度为目标的城市更新方式容易造成站域空间特征趋同的现象。提出了轨道交通站域建成环境更新的价值取向框架，并结合昆山玉山广场站域案例进行基于价值取向的建成环境更新策划矩阵分析，试图将普适性的更新优化策略和具体的目标价值取向相结合，进而提出更具针对性的站点区域既有空间环境更新优化策略。

Abstract:: Updating the built environment of rail transit station area is a significant way to fully realize the performance of TOD. However, the urban renewal methods aiming at benefit and efficiency are likely to produce nearly same spatial characteristic of the station area. Taking Yushan Square Station of Kunshan as a case, this study proposes a value-oriented framework for the renewal of the built environment of rail transit station area, carries out a matrix analysis of built environment renewal planning based on value orientation which would combine the universal optimization strategy with specific value orientation, and then proposes a more targeted optimization strategy for the existing space environment of rail transit station area.
