摘要:
乡村振兴战略提出综合统筹农村生产、生活、生态空间的战略方针。对于圩田这种我国南方排除水患振兴农业的独特土地利用形式，生产、生活、生态“三生”融合是影响圩田地区可持续健康发展的重要路径。皖江圩田开发历史悠久，自古著名圩田众多，尤其是被誉为江南首圩的大公圩圩田联并技术先进，是江南治水史上的宝贵遗产。在新时代乡村振兴的战略机遇期，作为一种重要的生态农业景观，皖江圩田农业遗产亟待科学系统地研究、保护和开发。践行《乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022年）》，对皖江圩田农业遗产保护开发，须注重人与自然和谐共生的生态环境保护、三产融合发展的乡村产业振兴、圩田农业遗产的乡村文化复兴等，并提出推动皖江圩田申报重要农业文化遗产、规划建设“中国圩田文化博物馆”、规划开发圩田文化旅游区等策略。
Abstract:
The strategy of Rural Revitalization put forward the strategic principle of overall planning rural space of production, life and ecology. For polder field, which is a unique form of land use in southern China to eliminate floods and revitalize agriculture, the integration of production, life and ecology is an important path to affect the sustainable and healthy development of polder fields. Along Anhui section of the Yangtze River, the agricultural development of polder field has a long history and many famous polder field had been developed since ancient times, especially the well-known Dagongwei polder field with the advanced irrigating technologies and valuable agricultural heritages. In the strategic opportunity period of Rural Revitalization in the new era, as an important ecological agricultural landscape, the agricultural heritage of polder field should be scientifically and systematically researched, protected and developed. To implement the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization (2018—2022), it’s necessary to lay emphasis on the ecological environment protection of the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, the rural industry revitalization integrating three industries, and the rural cultural revitalization of polder agricultural heritages, and put forward to the development proposals of applying for Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS), planing and building the China polder cultural museum, planning and developing the polder cultural tourist district.
