摘要:
历史文化街区作为城市的文脉根基,见证城市的发展历程,也本真地反映着原住民的生活状态。历史街区中常见的自发性商业空间拥有其内在逻辑,但在城市规划管理中常常被忽视。以武汉市汉正街为例,对片区中自发性商业空间进行深入研究,探索自发性商业空间的类型,总结自发性商业空间的特征以及其营造商业氛围的方法,进一步探究自发性商业空间提升历史街区活力的影响,并最终分析对历史风貌街区保护更新的新策略。
Abstract:
As the cultural foundation of the city, historical and cultural blocks witness the development of the city and reflect the living conditions of the aborigines. The spontaneous commercial space in the historical block has its internal logic, but it is often neglected in the urban planning and management. Taking Hanzheng Street in Wuhan city as an example, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the spontaneous commercial space in the area, explores the types of spontaneous commercial space, summarizes the characteristics of spontaneous commercial space and its commercial atmosphere method, further explores the spontaneous commercial space to enhance the vitality of historic districts, and finally analyzes the new strategies for the protection and renewal of historic districts.
