摘要:
依据国家中心城市建设的基本要求以及综合承载力考察指标,从人口要素承载力、经济要素承载力、资源要素承载力、生态要素承载力、公共服务要素承载力5个方面构建国家中心城市综合承载力考核指标评价体系;在此基础上,运用熵值TOPSIS模型,以2015—2019年中西部地区5个国家中心城市(郑州、武汉、重庆、成都和西安)的相关指标数据为依据,对其综合承载力考核指标评价体系5个子系统和城市综合承载力水平之间的关联程度及相对接近度进行综合分析比较;并提出了进一步提升郑州等国家中心城市综合承载力的政策建议。
Abstract:
According to the basic requirements of the national central city construction and the comprehensive carrying capacity survey index, from the five aspects of population factor carrying capacity, economic factor carrying capacity, resource element carrying capacity, ecological factor carrying capacity, public service element carrying capacity to construct the national central city comprehensive carrying capacity assessment index evaluation system; On this basis, using the entropy TOPSIS model, based on the relevant index data of five national central cities (Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu, and Xi’an) in the central and western regions from 2015 to 2019, the comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index is evaluated Comprehensive analysis and comparison of the correlation and relative proximity between the five subsystems of the system and the city’s comprehensive carrying capacity; The paper also puts forward policy recommendations to further enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of national central cities such as Zhengzhou.
