经历过几十年的高速发展后,进入新常态的亚洲城市发展模式逐渐由快速建造迈入城市经营,强调以人为本、绿色、节能、宜居的可持续发展理念,旨在解决传统的城市高速发展在自然、人文、社会、经济方面带来的后遗症。因地制宜是践行可持续理念的重要途径,以本土的气候条件、城市密度、可再生能源、自然景观、传统建筑类型、材质、人文历史和典型问题分析为基础,通过“穿孔式建筑”“绿色平台”“幕墙”“可再生能源利用”等设计策略,缝合城市与自然间的鸿沟,创造宜人舒适的生态环境。通过分析上述策略和理论,结合新加坡可持续城市设计实践,为高密度城市实现生态平衡和宜居性的可持续发展模式提供借鉴。
Abstract:
After experiencing rapid development in the past few decades, the Asian urban development model that has entered a “new normal” has gradually moved from rapid construction to urban management, emphasizing the concepts of people-oriented, green, energy-saving, and sustainable development, aiming to solve the natural, cutural, social, and economic sequelae of rapid urban development. Adapting measures to local conditions is an important way to practice the concept of sustainability, based on the analysis of local climate conditions, urban density, renewable energy, natural landscape, traditional building types, materials, culture, history and typical issues. Through design strategies such as "perforated building", "green platform", "curtain wall", and "renewable energy utilization", the gap between the city and nature is seamed, creating a pleasant and comfortable ecological environment. The article analyzes the above-mentioned strategies and theories, combined with Singapore’s sustainable urban design practice, and provides reference for the sustainable development model of high-density cities to achieve ecological balance and livability.
