摘要:
衢州历史文化街区经过前期两版保护规划的编制和实施，已经从第一阶段的解决整体保护（划定范围、制定基本的保护框架等），第二阶段的保护修缮建设及商业化建设，进展到第三阶段的发展与活化利用，即进行商业化、发展文旅的运营期阶段。探索文化生态学、平衡发展理论等视角下的运营期历史文化街区的保护规划编制方法，并在衢州历史文化街区规划修编中从地方特色价值挖掘、整体空间格局协同、地方产业化适配等方面进行探索。
Abstract:
After the formulation and implementation of two previous versions of conservation planning, Quzhou Historical and Cultural Blocks have evolved through three stages. The first stage focused on overall protection, boundary delineation and establishment of a basic protection framework. The second stage featured protection, renovation and construction as well as commercial development. Now the blocks have entered the third stage: development, revitalization and utilization, namely the operation period featuring commercialization and cultural tourism development. The formulation of conservation planning has explored planning approaches for historical and cultural blocks in the operation period from the perspectives of cultural ecology and balanced development theory. In the planning of Quzhou Historical and Cultural Blocks, explorations have been carried out in the excavation of local distinctive values, coordination of the overall spatial pattern, adaptation of local industrialization and other aspects.
