摘要:: 基于战术城市主义视角，系统审视城市空间网红化的积极效应、现实问题与治理困境，指出传统城市治理在应对媒介化、动态化空间生产过程时存在响应滞后、价值失衡与协同不足等局限性。在此基础上，提出从流量导向转向人本价值、从奇观生产转向日常实践、从符号复制转向地方认同、从滞后管理转向精细治理的价值转向逻辑，并构建以社区营造、轻量测试、在地叙事和多元协作为核心的可持续实践路径框架。研究认为，城市空间网红化可持续发展的关键在于推动短期数字流量导向转向长期公共价值积累，并进一步服务于地方文化延续、居民生活改善与空间治理优化。研究旨在为数字媒介时代城市空间网红化治理与城市更新实践提供理论参考与策略启示。

Abstract:: From the perspective of Tactical Urbanism, this paper systematically examines the positive effects, practical problems, and governance dilemmas of urban space wanghongization, and argues that conventional urban governance is limited in responding to the media-driven and dynamic process of spatial production due to delayed response, value imbalance, and insufficient coordination. On this basis, the paper proposes a value reorientation from traffic-oriented logic to human-centered values, from spectacle production to everyday practices, from symbolic replication to place-based identity, and from delayed management to refined governance. It further constructs a framework for sustainable practice centered on community building, lightweight testing, local storytelling, and multi-actor collaboration. The study suggests that the sustainability of urban space wanghongization does not lie in the continuous manufacture of online popularity, but in transforming digital attention into local cultural reproduction, improvement of residents’ well-being, and long-term shared urban benefits. This paper provides theoretical reference and practical implications for the governance of urban space wanghongization and urban regeneration in the digital media era.
